Welcome to living luxurious at Washington Park Apartments! We offer 1/2 bedroom apartments and 2/3 bedroom townhomes.
Our Kettering/Eaton floorplan consists of 1,100 square footage. You will get two spacious bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. The master bedroom will receive a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom. The secondary bedroom and bathroom will be located across from each other in the hallway. You will also receive a coat closet upon walking through your front door, a living room, a dining room with large windows, a laundry room with washer/dryer hookups and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, a built-in icemaker, garbage disposal and a goose-neck faucet. All of our units are getting our updated new white shaker cabinets with nickel brush handles. Our kitchen also comes with either our resurfaced countertops with a breakfast bar or our updated countertops that will resemble an island and has a marble look to it.
The Kettering and Eaton floorplans are very similar, however there are a few differences between the two:
- The Kettering floorplan will always be on the corner of the building, which means you would gain two windows. One in the dining room and one in the master bedroom.
- The Eaton floorplan looses those windows.
- The bedroom sizes flip in the Eaton compared to the Kettering
- The Eaton comes with a storage room off of the patio/balcony. The room is roughly 5x10 feet.
The Kettering or Eaton floorplan is located either on the 1st or 2nd floor. On the 1st floor you'll have 9-foot ceilings and a patio. If you're located on the 2nd floor, you'll have 13 foot vaulted ceilings and a balcony. The view from your patio/balcony is dependent on your building’s location. It could either be our gorgeous creek view or our lovely courtyard view where you can overlook the changes in season.
Washington Park also has lots to offer when it comes to our amenities. We have a 24/7 fitness center, and a gorgeous pool open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. We are closely located to Sam's Club, Whole Foods, Dollar Tree, Target, Walmart, Aldi, Kroger, The Dayton Mall, Starbucks, Panera Bread, and so much more! If you often find yourself traveling on I675 and I75, you're in luck! We're also very close to the North and South entrance ramps to I675 which can you take you to I75.
