Our 1 bedroom apartments offer 900 square footage, which means we are one of the most spacious you will find in the Centerville area! You'll of course get a bedroom and a full bathroom on either the first or second floor. If located on the 1st floor, you'll have 9 foot tall ceilings and a patio. If you're located on the 2nd floor, you'll receive 13 foot vaulted ceilings with a balcony.
In our apartments you'll receive a microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookups, extendable kitchen faucet, updated white shaker cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms and based on our availability we offer a courtyard or creek view from your porch!
