Our Bellbrook floorplan consists of 1,500 square footage. The Bellbrook floorplan is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome. You will get two stories where your 3 spacious bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom will have their own deep closet. The 2 full bathrooms will be located upstairs, one will be in the hallway and the other attached to the master bedroom. The half bathroom will be located downstairs in-between the kitchen and living room. The downstairs portion will have your living room, pantry closet, patio door/patio, wood burning fireplace, dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer hookups, a 2 car attached garage and your kitchen!
The kitchen will be equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in icemaker, water dispenser from the fridge, and a goose-neck faucet. Our kitchen may have our resurfaced countertops with a breakfast bar or our updated countertops that will resemble an island and has a marble look to it. Your patio may come with a courtyard view or a creek view, which is dependent on the building the townhome is available.
Washington Park also has lots to offer when it comes to our amenities. We have a 24/7 fitness center and a gorgeous pool open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. We are closely located to Sam's Club, Whole Foods, Dollar Tree, Target, Walmart, Aldi, Kroger, The Dayton Mall, Starbucks, Panera Bread, and so much more! If you often find yourself traveling on I675 and I75, you're in luck! We're also very close to North and South entrance ramps to I675 which can take you to I75.
