Nice used car dolly. I have adjustable straps and magnetic lights that attach to the vehicle you are towing then plug into the wiring harness, one end plugs into the tow vehicle the other end plugs into the magnetic lights. The dolly tilts to load the vehicle you are towing. Has a brand-new wiring harness, all the lights work. I have used it myself and it works great.
