We are actively seeking experienced roofing crews to join our growing team in the Greater Dayton area.
We are looking for professional, self-managed crews that take pride in their work, pay attention to details, and consistently install roofing systems the right way the first time.
If you need someone standing over your shoulder telling you how to install a roof, this is not the opportunity for you.
REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive experience installing asphalt shingle roofing systems
• Strong knowledge of Owens Corning Duration roofing systems and manufacturer installation requirements
• Ability to perform complete roof replacements and roof repairs
• Familiarity with Ohio and local building code requirements
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to identify and correct installation issues before they become problems
• Reliable crew with dependable transportation
• Own tools, equipment, ladders, safety gear, and dump trailer
• General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance (proof required)
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners when necessary
• Ability to pass workmanship inspections
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized jobsite
• Must leave every property cleaner than it was when you arrived
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
WHAT WE EXPECT

We expect crews to:
• Properly install ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, starter shingles, step flashing, pipe flashings, ventilation systems, and ridge components
• Replace damaged decking when required
• Properly protect landscaping, siding, gutters, windows, and customer property
• Perform magnetic nail sweeps and complete final cleanup
• Maintain a safe work environment at all times
• Take responsibility for workmanship and jobsite quality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Owens Corning Preferred Contractor experience
• Experience with insurance restoration projects
• Experience installing ventilation systems and performing decking repairs
• Ability to handle larger residential projects efficiently
• Experience using CompanyCam or similar documentation software
• Ability to provide references from previous roofing contractors or homeowners
