Growing Regional maintenance company with National contacts is expanding into the Dayton market. We are looking for a Handyman to perform work order maintenance on rental homes. Plenty of work, great people to work with, great money and opportunity for the right person.

A growing maintenance company based out of Columbus, Ohio with national contacts and plenty of work coming in, we service the larger Property Mngt companies in the country and we need to add some help in the Dayton market.
Who we are looking for.........
-A Handyman, someone who can handle the basic repairs in a home. Paint, drywall repairs, light electrical and plumbing.
-Someone who presents themselves well, professional, clean cut, does good work, and cleans up after themselves.
-Good communication skills, with the company, and most especially with the tenant. We are here to help them!
-"Must" have a smart phone and know how to use it........sending photos and texts to communicate. No exceptions.
-Has a truck or van and own tools, own liability insurance, this is a 1099 position.
-Great opportunity for an established Handyman business looking to expand, or someone who is starting out, we can keep you busy.
