Immediate work available for experienced dirt workers, heavy equipment operators, landscapers, pavers, grading crews, and construction professionals who are ready to start right away.
IMPORTANT: You must have your own equipment, tools, and significant grading / heavy equipment experience to be considered. We are not hiring general laborers, helpers, or non-skilled workers for this position at this time.
My name is Kerry Spry, Director of Talent at Blue World Pools, Inc., and we are looking for experienced outdoor construction professionals in your area to install above-ground pools for our ready-and-waiting customers.
We provide a steady flow of installs, so you are not wasting time chasing jobs, bidding jobs, or competing for work every day. Our job is to keep your schedule full. Your job is to complete quality installations and get paid quickly.
PAY & PRODUCTION BONUSES
• Average $1,400–$1,600 per daily install
• Paid daily after every completed install
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.67 per mile
• $500 signing bonus
• Additional $500 quick-start bonuses
• Weekly $1,000 bonus for 5 or more installs
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
• Dirt work
• Heavy equipment operation
• Grading/site leveling
• Landscaping
• Pavers/hardscaping
• General construction site prep
• Pool experience is helpful but not required if you have strong grading and equipment experience.
REQUIREMENTS
• Full-size truck
• Bobcat or front loader
• Laser level or transit
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• At least one helper
• Able to start immediately
• Able to cover a 200-mile radius
• Strong grading/equipment experience required
