Mount rings included. Couple light scratches on top. Cord for covers has lost it's stretch of course. Only had it out 3 times and was always very gentle with it. Stored in hard case with thick foam padding when not in use. Wind/elev never moved more than a few clicks. Even comes with sticker for the window of your Prius lol.
