Need temporary 1-month room fleeing abusive relationship (Dayton)

Embarrassing as this will sound I am a late 40s WM in a horrible situation and just need to get away. I need just 1-month to clear my head and figure out my plan of attack. It's just me and a small elderly dog who is well trained, sweet and just doesn't deserve this. I can provide $300 in groceries as well as help in a variety of ways from some handyman work, cleaning and cooking. Serious only please. Need to move asap. Please no ridicule, this situation just sucks.
