About the apartment:
This is a comfortable setup with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, so we won't be tripping over each other in the mornings. The apartment has a private back door entrance, which is really convenient – you can come and go without walking through the whole place, and it gives us both a sense of independence.
There's a washer and dryer hookup available. Full transparency here – the current dryer needs to be replaced, but if you have your own or want to go in on getting one together, that works perfectly. The hookup is ready to go.
What I'm looking for:
I really value a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. The apartment is drug-free and pet-free, and I'd like to keep it that way. I'm hoping to find someone who feels the same – someone who's responsible, tidy, and enjoys a calm atmosphere at home.
