Property Management company seeks a couple to manage a garden style apartment community in Central Ohio. Our properties are and beautifully landscaped, and are especially spectacular during the flower growing season . Pleasant working environment. Duties include apartment renting and maintenance. Although we welcome all applicants, this property may be the perfect opportunity for a couple who are still active and would like to supplement their retirement income.
Included in the compensation package are salary, bonuses, two bedroom apartment with utilities paid and 3 weeks paid vacation and holidays.
