If you AC fan motor is not working on all speeds you need a Fan Control Amplifier. I paid full retail for one and then found web site where you can replace failed part making it better than new. If you have Infiniti this rebuilt part is better than a new factory one and a whole lot less expensive. Call show contact info ask for Bill.
