Crested Gecko and enclosure

Hello everyone! Unfortunately i'm needing to rehome my crestie due to no fault of his own. He is an absolute joy to own. Hes the funniest little guy you'll know! He enjoys being handled but is a little skittish until he gets on your hand. HE IS STILL A JUVENILE so he jumps. I only handle him inside the tank for now but obviously the older he gets he will mellow down a little.
He eats great, I always put 2 bowls for him. He prefers his one on the ground but I always offer one up high as well. He will come with his ENTIRE enclosure, lights and 2 bags of pangea (one is unopened and the other has only been used twice).
He is a very healthy boy and sheds nicely.
His current schedule is Morning mist, evening mist and night mist. He gets fed daily at night. His lights are on by 10 AM and off at 10PM due to it being cold in his room. I’ve paid over $500 for this entire setup + him. I’m asking $350. Willing to negotiate.
