- We pay $30 per man hour and this client booked 32 man-hours of Hoarding Cleanout/junk hauling, which is 16 man hours to use between 2 people over 2 days, approx.

- In regards to the Junk hauling part, we simply pay you the $30 per hour, per person while you drive to the landfill and unload it. Plus we cover the landfill dump fee too.

- We or client will provide $$ for PPE and Supplies and trash bags.

- You will need a Truck and Trailer or a box truck for this job!

- We pay you NIGHTLY for any hours you work each day via Cashapp or Zelle.

- The client might add on a Post Deep clean too, which would be day 3 or (pay on this would be an additional $200-$400 also over the $960)

- This home is a level 3 on the trash, which is about waist high in some rooms. So, you need to be okay working in gross conditions!
