People interested in getting together and do basic exercises. Ground exercises including Pushups, sit ups, Walking, running, stretches, pilates, and simple exercises. Will have workout technique books on premise for reading and conveying newer techniques. There is a group fee of $5 per person for a 1 hour workout session. No contract. Please list your previous experience workouts, where you are at in training/exercising, and how you can add to the group or you will not get a response back. Workouts start 2 times/ week around 5:00 p.m. to start.
