*In early spring the onions pop up, they will quickly grow to 2.5-3’ tall
*grow them just about anywhere, they aren’t picky
*They will multiply every year. The bulbs grow on the top of one blade
*if you leave them alone, as they get top heavy they will drop to the ground while still attached to the parent plant and begin new plants on they’re own. This is the reason for the name ‘walking onion’.
