What you get is access to a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer XL. This is HR largest freeze dryer with 7 trays which will allow you to process 40-50 lbs. of food on each run. This machine is 3 times larger than HR Medium and 2 times larger than the HR Large.
What we provide: Access to one processing cycle (24 to 48 hours) XL Trays, Parchment paper, preparation table, silicone tray liners (if needed), Tray dividers for portion control, Food Funnel & Scoop to process, mylar sealer machine and tray covers (if needed). The rental fee is $125 per cycle.
How it works. You reserve your processing time appointment. You load your trays and place them into the machine. We start the machine, monitor progress, and notify you as the machine completes each phase of the freeze drying. Upon completion you return and unload your trays and pack them. You can bring your own packing supplies or purchase mylar bags from us.
At Natural Harvest Freeze Drying LLC, you can rent a professional freeze dryer by appointment right here in our separate home kitchen. It’s a clean, private, and easy-to-use space — even if it’s your first time!
