For sale are 2 side-by-side burial / cemetery plots at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens, which is located in Centerville, Ohio (Dayton area). These plots are located in Section 60 A and are spaces 1 and 2. These plots currently sell for $2,795 EACH, if you were purchasing them directly from Miami Valley Memorial Gardens. However, these are being offered for only $999 EACH, by way of a resale transaction from the current owners. The buyer would also need to pay a $225 deed transfer fee, which would be paid directly to Miami Valley Memorial Gardens. Ideally, I am seeking to sell these as a pair. If sold as a pair, there would only be ONE deed transfer fee. If being sold separately, then there would be a deed transfer fee for each plot.
