The Florentine Restaurant in Germantown is looking for dependable dishwashers / kitchen support.
We are hiring for two possible roles:
Regular Part-Time Dishwasher
-Work 4 days per week. Evening and weekend availability preferred.
-On-Call Dishwasher. Be on our backup list for busy nights, call-offs, catering events, and weekends. Good fit for someone who already works but wants extra cash when available.
We are willing to pay above-average wages for highly reliable people who show up, work hard, and keep the dish area moving.
Duties include:
-Washing dishes, pans, glassware, and utensils
-Keeping the dish area clean and organized
-Taking out trash
-Sweeping/mopping as needed
-Helping the kitchen stay stocked and moving during service
What we need:
-Reliable transportation
-Shows up on time
-Works clean
-Can move quickly when it gets busy
-No drama, no disappearing, no nonsense
Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.
