Here is everything you need to know
5 accounts total. 2 being residential, 3 being commercial.
All are located in Springfield Ohio.
Both of The residential accounts are 1 to 3 times a month. And are scheduled according to the client. They are all typically after 12 noon. One is an air bnb and is empty. The other is a residential home with 2 occupants who have been clients for over 1 year now.
The commercial accounts are as follows
1 account is every other week at 1 pm. 1 day a week.
1 account is every other working day.
That’s Monday, Wednesday, Friday,
This account starts at 7AM. Is done by 9-10AM
1 account is every Wednesday at 4pm and goes until 6 pm
All of these accounts are scheduled so they never over lap. Some do occur on the same day like Wednesday. But the jobs never over lap. And are always hours apart.
This is total about 11 hours a week.
For the commercial jobs.
The residential jobs take up about 8-10 hours a month of time.
So it’s about 60 hours of work a month.
The commercial accounts make $22000 a year
The residential accounts bring in $7000-9000 a year that excludes random jobs you get from the google listing that has all five stars reviews. And is 3 years old.
Total earnings are $30k+ a year for all around 60 hours of work a MONTH
The commercial accounts all have the supplies for you and you don’t pay for any of the toiletries or amenities. Just your cleaning products. The commercial accounts offer equipment and supplies so you could
Show up with nothing in hand to do those jobs. Super easy.
The residential accounts just require you to bring chemicals and rags. They have mops and vacuums.
I pay $50 a month in insurance for this company. All of my chemicals are purchased in bulk. Or are supplied by the customer. The overhead is virtually non existent.
If you purchase this company you will receive the routes and all clientele. The google listing. All of the equipment that is in the accounts already. And a few mops buckets, cleaning bags, and whatever cleaning equipment I have in house at the time of purchase. No vehicles come with this company. You can run it with a personal vehicle. Plus any information you may deem valuable to help you out on your business journey. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have!
