Primary Responsibilities:
· Recruits and staffs store team. Develops and recruits promotable candidates for district needs
· Monthly one on one session’s with Assistant Managers, in addition to a weekly touch base with the management team
· Manages and directs training modules at all levels in store and meets the expectation of implementing and leading programs
· Creates and maintains a team environment within the stores
· Resolves issues including partnership with District Manager
· Implements and leads all sales and training initiatives
· Ability to analyze sales results and create action plans to achieve desired results
· Implement and lead floor sets, inventory and all company initiatives
· Manage and maintain our current programs for optimal performance practices, including training modules, communication binder, bulletin boards, holds and damages, schedules and backroom organization
· Manage and monitor sales figures, payroll budgets, controllable expenses, inventory control best practices and banking procedures
Achieve sales and loyalty goals while displaying prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional customer service.
Take initiative to present and sell merchandise in a professional and proficient manner through product demonstrations.
Proactively seek complete and accurate information on the features and benefits of the product line.
Establish and grow a personal client registry file, per Company and Vendor standards.
Support selling efforts by maintaining department through stock replenishment and good housekeeping procedures.
Proactively seek opportunities to recommend creative strategies and participate in special events which will impact the Store’s overall business performance.

Work Schedule Requirements

Coordinates with other managers to resolve operations and customer issues throughout the store. Learns reviews and supports all current Abercrombie procedures and policies. Reads and completes appropriate sections of the Program. Performs management only register functions. Participates in training and management meetings. Handles all cash related managerial procedures. Learns maintenance and updating of personnel files. Sets up Program clipboards.
Learns and completes scorecard under supervision of store manager.
Recruiting
Identifies and recruits quality associates for store to assist in meeting and maintaining store staffing levels.

Participates in training and management meetings. Values diversity in others and develops and maintains good working relationships with all associates.
Scheduling
Learns how to set priorities, assign work and organize work flow for employee staff.
Customer Experience
Interacts with and assists all customers to exceed their expectations and ensure they are satisfied with their Abercrombie experience. Ensures customers are greeted, thanked, and helped by maintaining appropriate zone coverage and minimizing lines. Keeps up to date on merchandise choices to share this knowledge with customers.
Loss prevention and shrink
