Must be heated and A/C, large open space for assembly of products and Office for new business to operate.  Needs to be easy to find for clients.  Would need internet availability and parking for at least 5 cars.  Want South of Dayton - Miami or Washington township would be great - Moraine Springboro Centerville Miamisburg or West Carrollton.  I can't afford to pay over $800 a month but if my new business goes good in a year or so could pay more. Willing to sign 2+ year lease to right spot. If you are willing to take a chance on a small business who is struggling in this economy BUT are hard workers and honest people please email me.  I am a widow who is continuing the business that my husband and I have had for over 20 years so I am no fly by night.  I just need a fresh start on another business to make money.
