We are a growing, dynamic company seeking an Quality Technician for 3rd Shift. The technician will support product manufacturing through inspection, testing, analyzing, and reporting using accepted quality laboratory and floor level quality practices. <br>

Responsibilities include: <br>
&#9643; Perform various inspections including raw materials, incoming components, first piece, in-process, and final product. <br>
<br>
&#9643; Issue inspection reports as required. <br>
<br>
&#9643; Analyze and review testing requirements, formulate test protocols, conduct tests including Pull Testing, LaserComp, and Heat Gain. Analyze test results and prepare reports summarizing results as required. <br>
<br>
&#9643; Organize, order, and maintain laboratory material and equipment and ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained per ISTA guidelines. <br>
<br>
&#9643; Perform other additional inspections, tests, and analyses as they are developed in support of the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance systems. <br>
<br>
Requirements: <br>
Education and Experience: <br>
&#9643; Associate degree in mechanical, electronics, or electrical engineering or equivalent on-the-job work experience. <br>
&#9643; 2-3 years experience in inspecting, testing/laboratory, computer, calibration, report writing, in a manufacturing factory and laboratory environment. <br>
&#9643; Must have manufacturing floor testing experience. <br>
<br>
Abilities, Knowledge & Skills: <br>
&#9643; Must be self motivated and be able to perform routine tasks with little or no supervision. <br>
&#9643; High level working knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. <br>
&#9643; High level of understanding of laboratory and workplace safety. <br>
&#9643; Ability to troubleshoot, set up, and test laboratory equipment. <br>
&#9643; Ability to read and interpret technical test standards such an ASTM, NIST, and manufacturers’ test manuals. <br>
&#9643; Ability to read and interpret blueprints. <br>
&#9643; Working knowledge of basic GD&T. <br>
&#9643; Understanding of the quality management process. <br>

Responsibilities:<br>
Primary responsibility will be as a key and active member of the New Product Development (NPD) team responsible for electrical and electromagnetic design of NPDs that are based on Single or Three phase AC induction motor or brushless DC motor platform and other topology. <br>
Key role in motor design, building and testing the validation of engineering samples, design growth and design confirmation samples all the way through pilot run and production ramp.  Must work closely with manufacturing engineering and production facilities to develop manufacturable  designs, and safety agency engineers to ensure UL/CSA approvals.<br>
Utilize simulation tools like ANSOFT/Infolytica to optimize electromagnetic lamination of Single & Three phase AC induction and brushless DC Motors.  Development and maintenance of mathematical models & simulations tool to perform analysis and design systhesis of single phase KCP, KC, KH, KCR induction motors and three phase induction motors required.  This effort will include continuous improvement of tools based on feedback of design engineers.<br>
Qualifications: Bachelor/Masters in Electrical Engineering required.<br>

Job Description: <br>
Management Solutions is seeking a senior level Project Scheduler experienced with Primavera P3e/P5/P6 and Construction Project Scheduling experience. Candidate will be a lead team member in supporting a key client to develop and maintain their construction project CPM schedules and Work Breakdown Structures for large scale projects. Candidate must have a background in schedule management and be able to execute with little or no supervision. The Candidate must be able to analyze the validity of construction schedules and communicate findings. Experience working as a project lead or project controls specialist /project analyst is a necessity. <br>

Education/Experience: <br>
The individual should have 10 years practical work experience and/or possess a working knowledge in the areas of Scheduling, Engineering Design, Construction Management, Environmental (HTRW) (both Conducting Studies and Remedial Actions / Restoration) and Information Technology / Information Systems Implementation. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. PMP certification is highly desirable. Primavera P3e/P5/P6 experience preferred; however, using other Primavera project management and related software such as Suretrak, P3e/c®, Expedition or InfoMaker or Microsoft Project will be considered. Strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills, especially Excel are required. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have time management abilities. <br>

This individual is responsible for identifying and developing materials and processes for incorporation into aerospace composite structures. Products under development include aerospace antennas, radomes, and composite structures. The hands-on position includes the identification and development of material solutions for incorporation into aerospace product offerings with specific tasks including candidate material selection, process definition, coupon fabrication and test, documentation, and training. The individual will be responsible for proposing and executing both ATK and Contractor funded Research and Development (CRAD). A strong materials science background and prior experience in composite material specimen preparation and ASTM test methods is a must. The individual would report directly to the Director of Engineer and work to support numerous programs. <br><br>Qualifications: <br> MS with 7+ years or BS with 10+ years minimum relevant material science experience spanning both metallic and composite material composition. <br> Strong material science background with hands-on fabrication and test experience processing a variety of items including coatings, adhesives, solid and sandwich panel laminates (epoxy, polyimide, BMI, cyanate ester). <br> Familiarity with material specimen preparation and ASTM test methods including FTIR, ultrasonic, TGA/DMA/DSC, flatwise tensile, and lap shear tests methods. <br> Proven organizational and leadership skills including a willingness to lead specific ATK and Customer funded Research and Development. <br> AS9100 and CMMI Level 3 quality standards familiarity. <br> Occasional customer / company travel (domestic). <br><br>Requirements: <br> MS with 7+ years or BS with 10+ years experience in Material Science, Composites Engineering, Chemistry, or Aerospace Engineering <br> 7-10+ years minimum relevant material science experience spanning both metallic and composite material composition. <br> Demonstrated ability to develop composite product designs, and verify those designs through prototype fabrication and testing. <br> Composites materials experience preferred. <br> Ability to work across multiple projects and follow through to completion. <br> Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to clearly document materials and processing procedures and conduct internal training. <br> MS Office Tool proficiency <br> US Citizenship with current active Secret or higher clearance. Job Description:<br>
The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of construction related experience and extensive experience in building plumbing and mechanical systems installations including commissioning of HVAC and exterior utilities which service buildings systems.  Must have working knowledge of the plumbing, gas, ASHRAE, NFPA codes, for inspection of interior, and exterior, construction.   An individual who has obtained certification in any of the above mechanical areas is preferred (licensed tradesman).  Projects with government construction preferred. Knowledge of Resident Management System (RMS) a plus.  	<br>

Job Duties:<br>
• Review construction safety plans and activity hazard analysis.<br>
• Conduct construction site safety inspections.<br>
• Perform on-site surveillance of construction contractor three phase quality control system.<br>
• Perform quality assurance activities such as on-site inspections, testing and<br>
coordinate exterior/interior mechanical utilities .<br>
• Analyze construction contractor proposals from a technical and cost standpoint.<br>
• Review technical documents, test plans and reports, and submittals for completeness,<br>
technical adequacy, and compliance with construction contract requirements and applicable<br>
regulations.<br>
• Provide technical solutions and conflict resolutions related to contract drawings and<br>
specification information.<br>
• Monitor the as-built control documents such as construction contract plans, specifications,<br>
requests for information, and contract modifications.<br>
• Track construction contractor activities including scheduling programs, personnel,<br>
deficiencies and make recommendations for payments based on construction contractor<br>
progress.<br>
• Prepare/assist in preparation of cost estimates and Cost Analysis.<br>
