REQUIREMENTS:<br>

BS in EE, CE, EET or CET required.  MS in Engineering a plus. <br>

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of direct experience in test and/or system engineering disciplines (requirements development, system design, algorithm development, system verification, signal analysis, etc.) on technologically advanced software/hardware-based systems.  <br>

Experience with RF signals and digital signal processing is strongly desired.  <br>
<br>
Proficiency in analyzing signals and data in a MATLAB environment, as well as experience the UNIX/LINUX environment is also desired. Experience with communication interfaces (Ethernet, Fibre Channel, RS-232 and 1553) and test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc ) is a plus.  <br>
<br>
Domain knowledge of airborne/space-based sensor and signal processor applications is also desired but not necessary.  <br>
Management/Supervisory experience a plus.<br>

This position will be responsible for designing high speed digital boards. 
<br>

<br>
The requirements for this position are as follows: 
<br>

<br>
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related. 
<br>
5+ years of Digital Circuit Board design and development. 
<br>
Extensive FPGA/VHDL Coding experience. Strong Knowledge of  Computer Architecture  i.e. buses,networks,etc. 
<br>
Strong Knowledge of computer architecture 
<br>
Some travel required. 
<br>
The individual should be a self-starter, creative thinker, results oriented, and interact well with others. Occasional travel will be required. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

A self-motivated, results-oriented technical professional with a proven track record will be responsible for overseeing production and product development projects of moderate complexity.<br>

Specific Roles/Responsibilities:<br>
<br>
• Establish small-scale manufacturing procedures for line of hand-held surface energy measuring device<br>
<br>
• Liaison between Marketing and R&D to translate customer insights into product design and development.<br>
<br>
• Identify and evaluate sourcing partners for subcomponents; key measures would include competency level to supply a product, adequate control levels, ability to adapt to<br>
design evolution, and verify the performance of the product that is being launched.<br>
<br>
• Manage small-scale manufacturing, quality, packaging and delivery of products from upstream and in-house sourcing.<br>
<br>
• Execute and/or supervise tooling patterns and engineering models; perform and/or supervise debug of products from prototypes to production release.<br>
- Manage individual projects to conform to budget and time targets.<br>
- Help to resolve hurdles and technical problems that would impact cost, schedule and performance.<br>
<br>
• Quality control upstream, pre-production and on-going production evaluation:<br>
- Establish required quality levels/specifications<br>
- Develop product specifications, test methods, standard operating procedures, and other controlled documents as required.<br>
- Evaluate existing products to ensure quality levels are maintained, as well as explore continuous improvement opportunities.<br>
- Work with marketing and sales to contact customers regarding product recalls, field corrections and replacements<br>
<br>
• Infrequent travel may be required<br>
<br>
Minimum Qualification Requirements:<br>
- A BS in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical or Design Engineering; or related field<br>
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience<br>
- Excellent technical and business communication skills<br>
- New product development and manufacturing experience for industrial test equipment preferred<br>

• Review technical documents, test plans and reports, and submittals for completeness,<br>
technical adequacy, and compliance with construction contract requirements and applicable<br>
regulations.<br>
• Provide technical solutions and conflict resolutions related to contract drawings and<br>
specification information.<br>
• Monitor the as-built control documents such as construction contract plans, specifications,<br>
requests for information, and contract modifications.<br>
• Track construction contractor activities including scheduling programs, personnel,<br>
deficiencies and make recommendations for payments based on construction contractor<br>
progress.<br>
• Prepare/assist in preparation of cost estimates and Cost Analysis.<br>

Prefer work experience in program management, logistic analysis, and developing support arrangement for products.  Must be capable of understanding and evaluating detailed engineering designs based on review of drawings, schematics and specifications.  Responsibilities include managing specific analysis efforts; construction and utilization of computer models to perform logistic analysis; and functional evaluation.  Ability to work in an aggressive environment on multiple projects required.  Experience in ILS program development, military maintenance, government supply chain, reliability, FMEA, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or an engineering degree, a plus.<br>

We are a growing, dynamic company with a Quality Technician opening. The working hours are 11 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday. The technician will support product manufacturing through inspection, testing, analyzing, and reporting using accepted quality laboratory and floor level quality practices.<br>

Responsibilities include:<br>
Perform various inspections including raw materials, incoming components, first piece, in-process, and final product.<br>
<br>
Issue inspection reports as required.<br>
<br>
Analyze and review testing requirements, formulate test protocols, conduct tests including Pull Testing, LaserComp, and Heat Gain.  Analyze test results and prepare reports summarizing results as required.  <br>
<br>
Organize, order, and maintain laboratory material and equipment and ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained per ISTA guidelines.<br>
<br>
Perform other additional inspections, tests, and analyses as they are developed in support of the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance systems.<br>
<br>
Requirements:<br>
Education and Experience:<br>
Associate degree in mechanical, electronics, or electrical engineering or equivalent on-the-job work experience.<br>
2-3 years experience in inspecting, testing/laboratory, computer, calibration, report writing, in a manufacturing factory and laboratory environment.<br>
Must have manufacturing floor testing experience. <br>
<br>
Abilities, Knowledge & Skills:<br>
Must be self motivated and be able to perform routine tasks with little or no supervision. <br>
High level working knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.<br>
High level of understanding of laboratory and workplace safety.<br>
Ability to troubleshoot, set up, and test laboratory equipment.<br>
Ability to read and interpret technical test standards such an ASTM, NIST, and manufacturers’ test manuals.<br>
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.<br>
Working knowledge of basic GD&T.<br>
Understanding of the quality management process.<br>
