Currently seeking EXPERIENCED apartment manager for smaller community in the N. Cinn/Sharonville area.
The ideal candidate will posess leasing and management experience, computer skills, friendly upbeat personality and leadership abilities.
Duties include collecting rents, leasing apts, conducting marketing/advertising, various paperwork associated with apt. mgmt.
Must have a strong background in the apartment industry and be able to lead a team, as well as work independently.
Salary based on experience. 401k, health, dental & vision are offered to our associates. Drug testing & background check required.
